Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Fortunexshop, we prioritize your satisfaction. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after confirming payment. Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided to help you monitor the delivery.

If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Guidelines for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the purchase date listed on your receipt. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be processed.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, please note the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
  • Items sold as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned in full.
  • Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.

For online purchases, Fortunexshop will cover the cost of return shipping.

This policy does not impact your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All items must be returned to Fortunexshop in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may incur additional charges.

If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, Fortunexshop will cover the return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. For returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Fortunexshop reserves the right to assess the product’s condition and determine whether it meets the requirements for our return policy.

Please note:

  • Requests that do not meet the policy criteria will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Fortunexshop is not liable for lost goods.
  • For approved returns or exchanges, Fortunexshop will send you a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions carefully and ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items received.
